A workshop for aspiring routesetters with no prior experience: we‘re focusing on the fundamentals of the trade.
Our goal is to share our knowledge and help curious climbers learn, create and test their vision.
The objective of the Start Setting clinic is to teach the fundamentals of routesetting — including tool use, hold selection, colour and grade distribution, and basic movement sequencing.
You’ll also have the opportunity to set several boulders of varying grades and styles, helping you translate your ideas effectively onto the wall.
Led by our setting team with over 20 years of combined experience, supported by an extensive hold catalogue and diverse terrain, Climber’s Rock is the perfect place to begin your routesetting journey.
